Fabulous Fruit Punch

This thirst quenching drink is a show stopper for any occasion and certainly a must-have for any summer party!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tin canned peaches with syrup
  • 1 tin canned pears with syrup
  • 1 tin canned apricots with syrup
  • 1 tin canned fruit salad with syrup
  • 6 pineapples peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Roses Passion Cordial
  • ½ cup strawberry squash
  • ½ cup Oros orange squash
  • 6 granadillas or 3 granadilla pulp
  • Sliced strawberries kiwis, and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Canned Fruit: In a blender, liquidize the canned peaches, pears, apricots, and fruit salad along with their syrup. Set aside.
  • Prepare the Pineapple Juice: Blend the fresh pineapples with water (just enough to help them blend), then strain the mixture to remove any pulp. You’ll have smooth, fresh pineapple juice.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a large punch bowl or jug, combine the blended fruit, pineapple juice, Roses Passion Cordial, strawberry squash, and Oros. Stir well to mix.
  • Add Granadilla: Scoop the granadilla pulp into the punch and stir it through.
  • Taste and Sweeten: Taste the punch and, if needed, sweeten with sugar or a sugar syrup to your liking.
  • Garnish and Serve: Serve chilled with fresh mint leaves, strawberry slices, and kiwi slices for garnish.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the fruit quantities to your liking. If you prefer more pineapple flavor, add another pineapple to the mix.
  • For a fun twist, turn this punch into tropical popsicles by freezing it in molds. It’s a great way to beat the summer heat!
  • You can also add soda water or sparkling water to the punch if you prefer a fizzy version.
